Audio clip editing
Drag an audio clip to move it, drag either edge to trim it, and use the top-corner fade handles to shape fades. Clip settings provides Stretch, Pitch, and Slice sensitivity controls. Stretch and Pitch apply only to audio clips; stretching outside 0.5x–2x or pitching beyond plus or minus 12 semitones can create audible artifacts.
Use Slice at transients to split audio according to the current sensitivity. The action and Clip settings are unavailable for pattern clips.
Gain envelope
Option-click on macOS or Alt-click on Windows in empty audio-clip space to add a gain-envelope point. Drag an existing point to move it. Option-click or Alt-click an existing point to remove it.
See Arranger and clips for split, merge, crossfade, copy, and navigation shortcuts.
